Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind or fit-related return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return

Return shipping
We cover return shipping when an issue results from our error, or an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind, including an unsuitable size.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item.
Exchanges
For a different size, request a return and place a new purchase for the size you want.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears in your account.
