Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), Monday through Friday. This is a fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff throughout the year and does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the starting point for calculating handling time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends or U.S. federal public holidays, use the next business day as the starting point.
Handling and transit
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. Handling and transit are separate stages. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us about a delivery issue so we can review it with you.
Shipping charges and tax
Standard shipping costs $0.00. We do not add tax at checkout. This does not represent a claim that products are legally tax exempt.
